We are seeking an organized and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure high-quality materials.
Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and track orders to maintain adequate stock.
Negotiate contract terms and maintain supplier relationships.
Review, analyze, and approve requisition requests and budgets.
Prepare and maintain procurement records, reports, and pricing information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations.
Resolve any supply issues and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Procurement Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of supply chain procedures and best practices.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines.
