Warehouse Supervisor Needed
Location: Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate warehouse operations in Dubai. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage warehouse staff and daily operations
Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring stock accuracy
Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods
Enforce safety and security procedures for warehouse operations
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and order of the warehouse
Train and guide staff on warehouse processes and safety standards
Prepare reports on warehouse activities and performance metrics
Address and resolve any operational issues promptly
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in logistics/supply chain is an advantage
Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
