As a Certified Relationship Manager my role is to meet with clients and customers, educating them about our product and services, and guiding them to make the best decisions and also play a key part in generating new business by identifying opportunities for potential sales

As an Associate, my role used to involve reviewing documents for finance based projects which involved leading banks and financial service providers. Being an active team player, I had responsibilities of assigning work for my projects team members, doing the QC (Quality Check) for the team’s accuracy, reporting to the manager and meeting the client’s deliverable targets
