Ø Troubleshoot Servers, Switches and Client Systems, Cable patch panel, Install OS, Installation of various servers, client machines, setup remote desktops, upgrade systems, Fiber channel switches, workstation builds and repairs (DELL, HP, INSPUR, LENOVO, IBM, HUAWEI )
Ø Provided customers support to internal customers.
Ø Maintain all the test equipment needed in the lab environment
