We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Manager for our Luxury Brand to join our exciting team of professionals. Retail Manager is responsible to head the diversification, growth and expansion plans of the brand in retail. The main responsibility is driving the growth by nurturing new business ideas with strong creativity in handling Business. To be In-charge of developing, implement growth, identify and negotiate new locations and relationships.
Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
To manage marketing plan, budgets and calendar for all brands. To manage PR activities of the brand.
Advertising and Sales promotions planning and implementation.
Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines
Training, supervising and appraising staff.
Negotiating, networking, and managing relationships with mall managements
Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Preparing promotional materials and displays
Liaising with head office and providing daily report to Management.
Interview, hire, and train new store employees involved in sales
Monitor the performance of existing retail sales staff
Assign duties to store sales staff
Prepare sales staff rosters
Answer questions sales staff have about their duties, rosters, and other aspects of work life
Answer complex questions and resolve complaints that other sales staff are unable to solve to the customer’s satisfaction
Motivate sales staff to deliver excellent customer service, improve their efficiency, and meet sales quotas
Counsel sales staff who are unreliable, failing to perform or otherwise not complying with company policies and procedures
Develop and maintain retail store budgets
Monitor inventory levels and order new products as required

This position requires a bachelor’s degree business administration, sales or relevant field, MBA is preferred. Over 8 years of Sales or strong business development experience from Luxury industry.
Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
