Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and courteous Concierge Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, assisting with their inquiries, and ensuring a memorable experience during their stay.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with their inquiries and requests.
Provide information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions.
Assist guests with reservations, including dining, entertainment, and transportation.
Handle guest luggage and coordinate with the bellhop team for timely delivery to rooms.
Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk and lobby area.
Arrange for special services such as tours, tickets, and spa appointments.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a detailed log of guest requests, preferences, and feedback.
Stay updated on local events, restaurants, and activities to provide accurate recommendations.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Concierge Assistant or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the local area, including attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using concierge software and MS Office Suite.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
