Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Understand and articulate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of orders.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry, is a plus.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a competitive spirit.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
