We seek a friendly and professional Receptionist to be our company’s first point of contact. The Receptionist will provide excellent customer service, manage inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for visitors and callers.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner.
Phone Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Guest Services: Provide information and assistance to visitors, ensuring their needs are met.
Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
Communication: Relay messages and information accurately to staff members.
Security: Monitor access to the premises and follow security protocols.
Facility Coordination: Manage office facilities, including meeting room bookings and cleanliness.
Record Keeping: Maintain visitor logs and databases for tracking purposes.
Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in records.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to visitors, clients, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a related role is preferred.
Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
