Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Guest Service Manager to lead our front desk and guest services team. As a Guest Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a customer-centric environment. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the front desk and guest services team to provide top-tier service.
Set and maintain high standards for guest interactions and service delivery.
Supervise and train team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
Monitor and manage daily reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs.
Ensure strict adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
Assist in scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
Handle guest complaints or issues with diplomacy and effective resolution.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and incidents.
Collaborate with the management team to implement and enhance guest service initiatives.

Qualifications:
Several years of experience in guest services or front desk operations is required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in using hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Knowledge of local attractions and dining options is a plus.
