Responsibilities:
Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization, including tidying up common areas
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks for office staff and guests
Assist in running errands, such as purchasing office supplies or making bank deposits
Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed

Requirements:
No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Pleasant and courteous demeanor with good communication skills
