Job Description:

We are looking for friendly and efficient Waiters and Waitresses to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by serving food and beverages to our guests in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring correct orders and timely service.
Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
Address any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Clear and clean tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
