Job Description:

We are looking for diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
Replace linens and towels and replenish guest room amenities.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling cleaning supplies.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed guests’ expectations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
