Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and redirect phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
Maintain office filing and document management systems, both electronic and physical.
Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure proper stock levels.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing expenses and invoices.
Coordinate office events, conferences, and meetings as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
