Job Position: Security Guard

Location: Dubai

Job Description:

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to join our team in Dubai. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises, ensuring a secure environment for guests, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity.
Control access to the property by verifying the identification of visitors and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activities.
Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and detect evidence of tampering.
Collaborate with other security staff to ensure comprehensive coverage and quick response to incidents.
Report any incidents, accidents, or emergencies to the appropriate authorities and management.
Provide assistance to guests and employees in need, including offering directions or responding to inquiries.
Conduct regular checks of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are securely locked.
Prepare and submit daily security reports, documenting all activities and incidents.
Assist in emergency evacuation procedures, guiding guests and staff to safety as needed.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security role.
A valid security license or certification in Dubai.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
