Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.
Plan and develop new menus and recipes.
Ensure the quality and presentation of all food served.
Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Control food costs and minimize waste.
Collaborate with management to create seasonal and special event menus.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback regarding food quality and presentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.
Exceptional culinary skills and a creative approach to menu planning.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
