We are seeking a skilled IT Support Co-ordinator to join our IT team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing timely and effective support to employees.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs, purchases, and support.
Maintain an organized record of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and warranties.
Assist in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support IT projects by managing timelines, resources, and communication with stakeholders.
Train employees on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Document all technical support activities and create user guides for common issues.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regularly monitor systems for security breaches.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Support Coordinator or in a similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common troubleshooting methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with IT support tools and software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
