Secretary Urgently Needed
Location: Dubai
We are urgently hiring an experienced Secretary to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and documents
Maintain filing systems and ensure data is kept secure
Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally
Coordinate with different departments and support administrative needs
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner
Maintain office supplies inventory and manage orders as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be an advantage
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
