Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members
Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching
Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and share updates
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Address client needs, concerns, and feedback promptly
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking functions
4. Reporting & Analytics:
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior management
Track KPIs, sales trends, and team productivity
