We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, surveys, or sales leads
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the cause, and offering a solution
Maintain accurate records of interactions using call center software or CRM systems
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company procedures
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
Provide feedback to improve customer experience and call center processes
