Description

We are hiring a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to handle transactions and assist customers in our Dubai outlet. The ideal candidate will manage the cash register efficiently, provide excellent service, and ensure smooth point-of-sale operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, and handle returns as needed.
Count and reconcile cash drawers at the start and end of shifts.
Maintain cleanliness of the checkout area.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Ensure pricing and discounts are correctly applied.
Report any discrepancies or technical issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
Basic math and computer skills.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Polite, honest, and well-presented.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
