Position Available: Teacher Assistant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and supportive Teacher Assistant to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will assist the teacher in delivering lessons, managing classroom activities, and providing additional support to students to help them succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist the teacher in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities.
 Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
 Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
 Support students with special needs or learning difficulties under the guidance of the teacher.
 Help with grading assignments, tests, and projects.
 Ensure that classroom resources and materials are organized and ready for use.
 Monitor and supervise students during lessons, breaks, and other activities.
 Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and filing.
 Provide feedback to the teacher on students’ progress and areas for improvement.
 Help set up and clean up after classroom activities and events.

Requirements:
 Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in education or related field is a plus).
 Experience: Previous experience as a teacher assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
 Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and a positive attitude when working with students.
Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to support students in various learning activities and maintain classroom discipline.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and classroom technology tools.
