Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly as they enter the establishment and assist them with inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
Operate the cash register, handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking merchandise and keeping counters tidy.
Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff member or department.
Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a cashier or receptionist role preferred.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
