Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees regarding benefits and compensation.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar human resources role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR records.
