Job Opportunity: Teacher Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Teacher Assistant will support classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities and lessons.
Support students in their learning by providing individualized attention and guidance.
Assist in preparing teaching materials, classroom displays, and visual aids.
Supervise students during class and other activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Assist with grading assignments and providing feedback to students.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members.
Participate in professional development activities and training sessions.
Follow school policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with the lead teacher to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a teacher assistant or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
