Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and quality control checks on incoming materials, products, or services to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from established criteria.
Perform testing, measurements, and evaluations of samples using appropriate tools and equipment.
Analyze data and results to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in quality processes.
Document and report findings, including non-conformities and corrective actions, to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with production/manufacturing teams to address quality issues and implement corrective measures.
Train staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices.
Monitor and audit adherence to quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in quality control or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting inspections and tests.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office suite.
