Description

We are seeking a reliable and diligent Office Boy to join our team leading real estate company. The Office Boy will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations by providing support to our administrative staff and real estate agents. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, and picking up or dropping off items as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
Welcome visitors, answer phones, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department in a courteous and professional manner.
Set up meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and provide support during meetings or presentations.
Sort and distribute incoming mail, as well as prepare outgoing mail for delivery.
Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders for replenishment as necessary.
Assist with organizing and setting up for company events, client meetings, or property viewings.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by office managers or supervisors to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a real estate or office environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office applications.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (if applicable).
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
