We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, providing a warm and professional first impression.
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Provide information about company services and address customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a customer service role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
