We are urgently looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Manage and motivate the sales team, providing training and support
Build and maintain strong client relationships, and oversee key accounts
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the relevant industry
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to analyze sales metrics and adapt strategies as needed
