Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and recipes.
 Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
 Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
 Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen at all times.
 Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
 Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
 Stay updated on new food trends and cooking techniques.

Requirements:
 Education: Culinary diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
 Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or cooking environment is an advantage but not required.
 Skills:

Passion for cooking and food presentation.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
