Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Process orders, returns, and account updates.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in customer service is a plus).
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
