Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Coordinator to assist in managing and supporting HR functions within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, managing employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the company.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Support in preparing HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and performance evaluations.
Assist with payroll processing and ensuring the accurate recording of attendance and leave requests.
Organize and participate in employee training and development programs.
Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement initiatives, and welfare activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in HR coordination or a related role is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Other: Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
