We are looking for a flexible and well-organized person to work as an office clerk and warehouse assistant on our team. This position entails managing office administrative duties in addition to supporting warehouse operations.
Duties
The role involves warehouse support, office administration, customer service, and documentation. It involves receiving, checking, and storing goods, preparing and packing orders, conducting stock checks, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean environment. The role also involves handling data entry, coordinating with departments, and providing customer service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous experience in warehouse operations and office administration is desirable.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Forklift certification is advantageous.
