We seek a reliable and qualified Scaffolder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures safely and effectively. This role requires a high level of technical skill, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Erect, dismantle and modify scaffolding structures according to site requirements and safety standards.
Inspect and maintain scaffolding to ensure stability and safety at all times.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to understand project requirements.
Follow all health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in loading and unloading scaffolding equipment and materials.
Perform risk assessments and identify potential hazards on site.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scaffolder in the construction industry.
Valid Scaffolder certification or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
