About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a key part of our sales team, you’ll engage with customers, promote our products, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s products and promotions.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Restock shelves and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.
