We are looking for a proactive, well-organized person to work as an administrative assistant on our team. In order to support our organization’s administrative operations, the Administrative Assistant will be essential in organizing office activities, handling correspondence, and helping with administrative duties.

Job Role & Duties:
The role involves office management, including greeting visitors, maintaining inventory, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements. It also involves recordkeeping and filing, organizing meetings, and providing administrative support. The role also involves meeting support, organizing events, and managing office budgets. The individual is responsible for maintaining accurate records, organizing meetings, and providing administrative assistance.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
