We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office functioning, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
Support various departments with administrative needs.
Maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital).
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.

Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
