Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor CCTV systems to oversee the security of the premises.
Conduct regular checks on camera functionality, ensuring all cameras are operational.
Monitor live surveillance footage and respond to suspicious activities or incidents.
Coordinate with security personnel on the ground to address security concerns.
Keep accurate records of incidents, observations, and actions taken.
Collaborate with law enforcement authorities when necessary and provide evidence as required.
Follow established protocols and procedures for emergency response and crisis management.
Conduct routine inspections of security equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to the supervisor.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in CCTV and security systems.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role.
Knowledge of operating and troubleshooting CCTV systems and related equipment.
Understanding of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
Excellent observational and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Physical fitness and the ability to remain alert during extended periods of surveillance.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security-related fields are a plus.
