Job Title: Picking and Packaging Specialist

Responsibilities:
Receive picking orders and locate products in the warehouse using pick lists or scanning systems.
Accurately pick items from shelves or storage areas according to order specifications and quantities.
Inspect items for quality and ensure they are undamaged before packaging.
Package items securely and appropriately, using packing materials and techniques to prevent damage during shipping.
Label packages with shipping labels and other required information, ensuring accuracy and legibility.
Prepare packages for shipment by arranging them neatly and securely on pallets or in shipping containers.
Operate packaging machinery, such as tape dispensers or sealing machines, safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area, including disposing of packaging materials and keeping workstations tidy.
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems or software is a plus.
