Position: CCTV Operator

Type: Full-time

Are you detail-oriented, vigilant, and skilled in monitoring security systems? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as CCTV Operators.

Responsibilities:
Monitor live video feeds from CCTV cameras to detect and respond to security breaches or suspicious activities
Operate surveillance equipment and software to ensure optimal performance
Keep accurate records of incidents and maintain detailed logs of activities
Coordinate with security personnel and law enforcement agencies in the event of emergencies or incidents
Conduct routine checks of equipment to ensure functionality and report any malfunctions promptly
Adhere to security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information

Requirements:
Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role preferred but not required
Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and surveillance software
Excellent observation and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
