Position: School Bus Driver

Location: Dubai, UAE

Type: Full-time

Are you a responsible, safety-conscious driver with a passion for working with children? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as School Bus Drivers.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate a school bus along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transportation to and from school, field trips, and other activities
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to check for mechanical issues and ensure it is in good working condition
Maintain order and discipline among students on the bus, enforcing safety rules and behavioral expectations
Communicate effectively with students, parents, school staff, and transportation coordinators
Keep accurate records of daily mileage, routes, and passenger counts
Follow emergency procedures in the event of accidents, breakdowns, or other incidents

Requirements:
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating a school bus (e.g., Passenger (P) and School Bus (S))
Clean driving record with no history of accidents or violations
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of defensive driving techniques
Ability to pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with children
Commitment to safety and reliability
Previous experience as a school bus driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required
