Position: Kitchen Staff

Location: Dubai, UAE

Type: Full-time

Are you passionate about food preparation and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Staff.

Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality of dishes
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing storage areas
Assist chefs and cooks with plating and garnishing dishes for service
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service
Follow food safety regulations and guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses and ensure compliance with health codes

Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform tasks in a kitchen environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take direction from chefs and supervisors
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
