Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, analyzing variances and providing insights to management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Manage and reconcile vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and process payments.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other compliance requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
