Position: HR Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting human resources functions? Join our team as an HR Assistant and play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
Process paperwork related to employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Support HR team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Prior experience in HR or administrative role preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
