Description

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist guests in selecting menu items and make recommendations when needed.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards.
Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
Clean and set up dining areas, including tables, chairs, and tableware.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Uphold the restaurant’s policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of restaurant etiquette and customer service principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
