Job Opportunity: Office Boy / Girl

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Office Boy / Girl to join our team in Dubai. The Office Boy / Girl will be responsible for various administrative and office support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including reception area, conference rooms, and common areas.
Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and refreshments to guests and staff members.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging seating for guests.
Run errands such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents to other departments.
Assist in basic administrative tasks, including data entry and updating records.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.
Assist in minor office maintenance tasks and coordinate with maintenance staff when needed.
Provide support to other office staff as requested.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as an office boy / girl or in a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
