Job Title: Cleaner/Janitor

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to join our team as a Cleaner/Janitor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors, and replenish supplies as needed.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas of the building, including offices, hallways, and common areas.
Dust and wipe down surfaces such as desks, tables, and countertops.
Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing hand soap and paper towels.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and notify management of any shortages.
Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a cleaner, janitor, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
