Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth.
Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment strategies aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
Use a variety of teaching methods and techniques to engage students and promote active participation in learning.
Establish and maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support student progress and address concerns.
Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods and provide constructive feedback to students.
Monitor and track student progress, attendance, and behavior, and maintain accurate records of student performance and achievement.
Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to plan and coordinate curriculum activities, student events, and school programs.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices in education.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area; teaching certification/license is preferred.
Proven experience as a Teacher in a school setting, preferably in the UAE.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to promoting student learning and development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of curriculum standards, educational technology, and innovative teaching strategies.
Fluency in English.
