Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the packing, labeling, and preparation of products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer specifications and shipping requirements.
Liaise with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to prioritize packing and distribution activities based on order deadlines and shipping schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure sufficient stock availability for packing and distribution activities.
Plan and schedule shipments with third-party carriers, freight forwarders, and courier services to optimize delivery routes and minimize shipping costs.
Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipping labels, and customs declarations, in compliance with international trade regulations.
Coordinate with customer service representatives to address customer inquiries, resolve shipping-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Evaluate packing and distribution processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Maintain accurate records of packing and distribution activities, including shipment logs, packing reports, and inventory records.

Requirements:

Proven experience in packing, shipping, and distribution operations, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Knowledge of packing techniques, shipping methods, and logistics processes.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
