Description

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution activities.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials, products, and services.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in compliance with customer requirements and specifications.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transportation activities using inventory management systems.
Analyze logistics data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners, carriers, and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws governing logistics and transportation activities.
Provide support and assistance to other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to management on logistics performance, trends, and issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of logistics processes, procedures, and best practices.
Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
