Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a vital member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, escorting them to their tables and presenting menus.
Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Provide recommendations and describe menu items to guests when requested.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to any requests or issues.
Ensure accuracy in billing and process payments using POS systems.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety regulations.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food safety certification is a plus.
